If you want to check on the current performance of your laptop computer, look no farther than Windows’ native Task Manager. The Task Manager contains two specialized utilities that will give you up-to-the-second readings of the current performance of both your memory (referred to as “RAM”) and your processor. This can help you troubleshoot any performance related issues you may be experiencing on your laptop computer.
Step 1
Right-click your computer’s “Start” bar. Do not right-click on the actual “Start” button. Right-click anywhere on the bar that the “Start” button is contained on.
Step 2
Click “Start Task Manager.”
Step 3
Click “Performance.” The window now on screen can be used to track the current performance statistics of your laptop computer.
